In November, a team from Camarena Health traveled to Galveston, Texas for the 25th Annual HealthCare Service Excellence Conference (HCSEC) — a national gathering of healthcare leaders committed to elevating patient experience, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
This milestone year, themed “Imagine: Possibilities, Performance, Patient Experience,” brought together organizations from across the country who are reimagining what’s possible in healthcare. For Camarena Health, it was both a time to learn — and a time to celebrate.

Excellence Starts From Within
While these awards are an incredible honor, they represent something greater than recognition.
At Camarena Health, we believe exceptional patient care begins with a strong internal culture — one built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. By investing in our staff, refining our processes, and holding ourselves to the highest standards, we create experiences our patients can feel and trust.
As we celebrate a successful Year 2 of this initiative, we remain committed to raising the bar. Because at Camarena Health, excellence isn’t an achievement — it’s a responsibility.
